FinTech Business AnalystWe have an exciting opportunity for a FinTech Business Analyst to join our client, a rapidly growing financial technology company. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency within the FinTech landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analyses to define requirements and provide data-driven insights for FinTech products.
- Liaise with stakeholders across various departments to gather, validate, and document business needs.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Support the development and testing of new products, ensuring they meet functional and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of financial markets, payment systems, and digital banking platforms.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
