Job Title: Reward Manager (12m FTC)Salary: £80-90,000pa + benefits Location: London / hybrid JGA are partnered with a fantastic professional services firm seeking a Reward Manager on a 12m FTC to start in Jan 2025. Responsibilities:

- Acting as the go-to contact for Reward policy.
- Providing advice to HR colleagues and the broader firm.
- Leading on operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review.
- Pay Gap Reporting in collaboration with ED&I; teams.
- Innovation of benefits and Reward strategies.

Skills required:

- Previous experience in a Reward function, ideally within a complex environment.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excel SME.
- Some team management experience advantageous.
