About the role
This is an exciting secondment opportunity being offer for an individual to play a major role in delivery of the new Student Information System at the University. The Training and Support Assistant Consultant will provide first line support to users of the new Student Information System, assess the training and support needs of different stakeholder groups, and design and deliver user training.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and have the ability to convey complex, technical information to all levels of staff. You will have excellent IT skills, and experience of technical authoring and developing and delivering system training using a range of different tools.
