Our client is an independent estate agency looking for an enthusiastic Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to work in their Sanderstead branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Estate Agent, with good knowledge and experience of progressing sales and taking charge of the office in the manager's absence.

Skills and experience needed for this role:
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Self-motivated
- Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
- Maintain frequent and regular contact with clients and customers
- At least 3 years of residential sales experience
- Able to cover the office in the manager's absence
- Generating and booking viewings and market appraisals
- Conducting viewings
- Tying up offers (Negotiating)
- Working with the team conducting all other expected roles within the office environment, including general admin, etc.
