Our client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company with a product used by millions of people globally. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their innovative team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer,
you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition by building and optimizing cutting-edge frontend features. Your contributions will have a direct impact on business growth, and you'll work with a talented team that values innovation, autonomy, and making data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for a proactive and business-minded engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the broader impact of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and Microfrontends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business goals, focusing on increasing ARR.
- Lead frontend architecture and design discussions, ensuring performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Innovate proactively, driving new features and improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Make data-driven decisions, using metrics and analytics to guide feature development and iterations.
- Contribute to a culture of autonomy and accountability—embrace the philosophy of “ask for forgiveness, not permission.”
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices, applying them to create cutting-edge solutions.
