Planning Administrator
The Planning Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support specifically to the planning department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective planning within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing contracted driver expenses
- Allocation of jobs
- Sending plans out to drivers
- Filling and submitting weekly auditing forms for clients
- Chasing Proof of Collection (POC) and Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Filling out internal request forms for ferries
- Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers, to answer basic queries and allocations via phone, WhatsApp and email
- Any other administration tasks to support business needs
What Characteristics Are We Looking For?
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- This position requires a high level of diligence and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.

Well-deserved time off- you will get 25 days off a year plus bank holidays.
You will also get an additional day with every completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
