You need to be able to work the following shifts: 02:00 to 10 AM - 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Hourly rate of £13 plus service charge over 39h per week, overtime is paid.

What will I be doing?

- Assist running the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings






- Bring creativity to the pastry offerings
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction
- A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career
- Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course

ELIGIBILITY

- In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
