Experience in hospitality design is a bonus, but if you’ve worked on large-scale residential refurbishments, your skills are equally valuable for this exciting opportunity.

Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be working on the refurbishment and redevelopment of high-end hotels and large-scale residential buildings, bringing a fresh, modern perspective to heritage and existing structures. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of hospitality projects across all stages—from concept design to project delivery—while also engaging in the revitalization of residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of luxury hotel and residential projects.
- Develop design concepts for refurbishment and adaptive reuse of existing buildings.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.






- Create detailed technical drawings and oversee design integrity during construction.
- Collaborate with the internal team in design workshops and client presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architecture.
- Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred, but not essential.
- Expertise in Revit and a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience working on refurbishments or existing buildings a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
