The Role
We are looking for a Head of Independent Review to join our senior leadership team and be responsible for quality assurance in both the Tameside Strategic Safeguarding Partnership and Local Authority Functions.
The role holder will take responsibility for the management of the IROs and CP Chairs to improve performance and practice leading to improved outcomes for children and families.
The successful candidate will have the energy,
confidence and passion to drive high expectations and an ability to bring partners and colleagues on our improvement journey.

You will join a newly formed permanent Children’s senior leadership team, bringing stability to the committed social care workforce.
Through your leadership, you will drive forward the improvement plan setting out a bright future for children and young people.
