The Role
We are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance (Principal Social Worker) who will provide strategic leadership for the service to deliver improved outcomes for children and young people.
The role holder will take the lead for the social work academy and will ensure we c ontinually improve services and raise standards through improved practice and professional learning and development.
The successful candidate will have the energy,
confidence and passion to drive high expectations and an ability to bring partners and colleagues on our improvement journey.

You will join a newly formed permanent Children’s senior leadership team, bringing stability to the committed social care workforce.
Through your leadership, you will drive forward the improvement plan setting out a bright future for children and young people.
