We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join our client's modern care home; it offers a supportive and inclusive environment for residents requiring residential and nursing care, including those with dementia and other mental health conditions.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of residents by delivering exceptional care.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications :
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

As a Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN), your responsibilities will include :
- Providing exceptional nursing care to patients with diverse healthcare needs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for patients and their families
- Staying up-to-date with nursing best practices and participating in continuous professional development
