We’re so much more than just a supplier. From Istanbul to Shanghai, our Sourcing teams live and work in some of the most iconic cities in the world.
They're at the heart of finding, developing and delivering the products our customers love, wear and use every day. Located both in the Next Head office and across the globe, our Next Sourcing teams specialise in all different parts of the sourcing operation, from design and technology to product development.
Our Designers here at Next are always looking forward. Looking for that next thing,
focusing on trend and pushing the boundaries of what we can offer our fantastic customer base.
Working as a key part of the critical path; creating new and innovative designs across boyswear.
The role

This fast paced role is perfect for someone looking to focus on elevating their designs for the childrens garment design category.
About you
We would love you to have previous experience working within a UK brand, supplier or high street retailer. Previous experience working on garment design would be essential.
A great taste level and a real passion for the latest trends and how to translate these in a fun way to your designs, whilst being enthusiastic attitude and team player.
A high level of experience and be proficient in creating designs and tech packs using Adobe creative suite-from initial trend concepts to final tech packs would be necessary for this role.
Confident communication skills and the ability to manage an Assistant Designer.
The team
You would be joining an amazing team whose enthusiasm for childrenswear design and elevation is the main focus. A wealth of experience across multi-fabrications and innovative progression is one of the many plus points of joining this team! Let’s have fun with design!
Sponsorship
Candidates wishing to apply who would require sponsorship for this role will be required to meet the Home Office sponsorship requirements.
