Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging science lessons to students, fostering a love for the subject.
- Plan and prepare lessons, resources,
and assessments in accordance with the curriculum.
- Provide support and guidance to students, addressing any individual learning needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching science at the primary / secondary level.
- Passion for inspiring and engaging students in the subject.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable,
and able to work effectively in a team.
