A well-established, co-educational secondary school in Hillingdon, West London, seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic History teacher to join its dynamic department.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to shape the future for the next generation of historians, starting in September 2024.
About the Role :
- You will design and deliver engaging and informative History lessons for students across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- You will cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of history, critical thinking skills, and a strong understanding of the past.
- You will guide students in developing their historical knowledge, analysis, and research skills.
- You will stay abreast of advancements in the field of History and integrate them seamlessly into the curriculum.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the History department and contribute to school-wide events.

- Possesses a valid QTS in History or a closely related discipline.
