The opportunity
We work on the most complex and high-profile global transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors.
Our focus is on supporting businesses through the transaction lifecycle, ranging from sell side support to a business divesting assets or buyside support for a business acquiring and integrating new assets, our focus on transaction excellence enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients.
As a team, we prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people.
We are looking for energy sector professionals to deliver Operational Due Diligence, Separation planning and execution, Integration planning and execution, and Value Creation projects for our Private Equity and Corp
