Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver engaging and rigorous English lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the English department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of English.
Qualifications and Experience :
A Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Information Technology, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Demonstrated experience teaching English at the secondary level.
