Job description
Evaluate existing Pro AV partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
Manage key client relationships and works to build new ones. Expand ADI's ProAV profile and reach of the company, our suppliers and customer partners.
Develop and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. Track emerging Pro AV markets and trends.
Financial acumen and leadership experience a must. Candidate must be results driven and embrace ADI's performance driven culture.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for all aspects of management of the Pro AV business development programs, including strategic direction, business planning, and financial performance
- Build ProAV market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Working with Category Management this role will develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy, competitive analysis, etc.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Communicates the strategy and tactical plans to leadership, category management and sales
- Contributes to financial plans for the year, including sales forecast, gross margins, and direct expenses; manages to the plan throughout the year
- Reports out to management team on progress, financials and business issues each month. Create SMART gap closure plans.
- Provides metric and data analysis, insight and recommendations
- Identify and secure relationships with new vendors,
products and customers within the Pro AV industry
- Provides direction on resources, educational and training programs for ADI field sales and customer
YOU MUST HAVE :
- Extensive track record in sales, marketing or business development.
- Preferably have worked in a sales and / or marketing role within a high volume, high transaction retail / wholesale environment
