Investor Relations Assistant
£65,000-£75,000

I am currently recruiting for a very exciting Investor Relations Assistant position to work for a boutique asset management firm based in stunning offices located in the City of London.
They are looking for a bright, proactive and driven candidate to join their team of impressive individuals.
Main duties & responsibilities
- To provide support to the Business Development Director and wider Investor Relations Team
- To work closely with the Business Development Manager to build and manage relationships with investors
- To support with meetings, attending and tracking action notes
- To manage CRM
- Create proposals and reports for client meetings
- Ad hoc projects
Key skills & experience
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team within financial services
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience managing CRM is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
