The Role : As the Head of Drama, you will lead a dynamic department, developing and delivering an engaging curriculum that inspires students to achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for overseeing the production of school performances, nurturing talent, and fostering a love for the arts in all students.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching drama at the secondary level.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a department.
- A passion for drama and the ability to motivate and engage students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
