Grade 6 : £36,648 - £40,221
37 hours (Monday Friday)
Fixed Term (Until 31st March 2025)

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) are seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst to join our team. This role will work on the CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk Management Information System) Development Project by providing technical support to ensure that the system can help us to make the communities of Nottinghamshire safer.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the ICT Project Manager with planning and implementing project workstreams.
- Provide technical support to the CFRMIS project team and to end users.
- Design, develop and maintain applications for CFRMIS.
- Perform code reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, design documents and release notes.
Experience / Qualification
- Thorough understanding of ICT technologies, hardware and software used within a multi-site business network environment.
- Have experience working with an ICT role in a medium multi-site organisation.
- Proficiency in programming and web development and have the capability to write code (including HTML).
- Knowledge of SQL databases and experience with .NET Framework and related technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to respect the confidentiality of privileged information.
