Job description
An award-winning hospitality chain are currently looking for a general manager in the Bristol area. This company has become established across the UK and are known for providing a memorable experience for hundreds of customers every day!
As a general manager you will be responsible for all aspects around running the site. This will consist of hosting events, managing bookings / reservations and managing the performance of your team to ensure that all commercial and operational targets are achieved.
The ideal candidate will display a flexible management style and be an effective motivator.
A previous background within the hospitality sector is also highly advantageous.
This role will provide autonomy and ideas on how to drive the business forward positively are very much welcome!
This position is paying up to 48,000 with the opportunity to increase this through a quarterly KPI related bonus.
