The Ideal Candidate :
- Boasts a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Arts and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
- Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches, from traditional acting exercises and improvisation games to movement exploration and multimedia elements.
- Maintains a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel comfortable taking risks, embracing their creativity, and exploring their full dramatic potential.
- Holds a contagious passion for theatre and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love for the performing arts in all students.
