This Top 50, Real Estate heavyweight practice are looking to grow the Construction arm of their department with the addition of a 5+ years PQE Senior Associate.

The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a 5+ years PQE Solicitor to join this nationally recognised Construction team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team, providing advice on a diverse range of projects, including development and infrastructure projects, real estate, corporate acquisitions and disposals, and property finance related construction matters.
You will be expected to handle a broad array of contentious & non-contentious work.
This position offers a compelling chance to work alongside industry experts, contributing to projects for prominent household names.

Requirements
- You will be a 5+ years PQE Construction Solicitor
- Background in a firm with an excellent reputation for contentious and non-contentious matters
- Excellent academic and professional qualifications
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to confidently manage your own caseload of high-calibre work and clients
