OR I have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst on a contract-basis, who has strong experience in coordinating projects across cross-functional teams, at a global level.
Role Responsibilities :
- The successful roll-out of Salesforce CRM solutions to the global business operations team.
- You will be working directly with multiple stakeholders within the business, along with the CRM team to ensure delivery remains on track and within scope.
- Gathering, understanding, and defining business requirements from stakeholders.
- Developing user stories and to-be process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
- Collaborating with developers and QA to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements.
- Planning and driving key stakeholder meetings, including requirement sessions, system demonstrations, and UAT.
- Identifying and managing risks and issues and escalating to senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Providing ongoing production support and responding to user issues.
Skills / Experience required :
- Exceptional experience with Salesforce CRM (primary Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- You will be a self-starter, with the ability to work in a collaborative manner.
- Commercial experience in marketplaces and technical domains is preferable.
