Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Maths lesson plans that meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to facilitate growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents / guardians to provide updates on student progress.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching expertise.
- Promote a love for Mathematics through innovative teaching methods and resources.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Dedication to professional growth and ongoing learning in the field of Mathematics education.
- Genuine passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for Mathematics.
