Associate Recruitment Consultant - £27.5K plus commission
In this role, you will be completely trained to become the next top recruitment consultant.
You will be coached by some of the best and most successful UK and International Recruiters.
- Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
- Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)
- Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
Requirements :
- Must speak one of the following languages fluently Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian or Swedish
- Must be willing to fly to Rotterdam office / others every so often (company will cover cost)
- A team player : all assignments are worked on together and it's important that anyone who joins the business can be sensitive to others' workloads and pitch in!
- Committed : it does take a while to be successful so commitment and dedication are essential
- Confident : this company puts a huge amount of emphasis on networking so confidence is a must!
