A Thriving Secondary School in Hounslow seeks a highly motivated and qualified Food Technology Teacher to join its dynamic department.

Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Food Technology lessons across all Key Stages.
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration, experimentation,
and a deep understanding of food science and preparation.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Food Technology curriculum, ensuring it aligns with national standards and reflects the diverse needs of our student body.
- Maintain a well-equipped and safe classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Play a collaborative role within the Design & Technology department, ensuring a cohesive learning experience for students.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Food Technology or a relevant subject.
- Possesses a minimum of two years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering effective and engaging Food Technology lessons.
- Possesses a passion for food and the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Is a team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
