Position : IT Infrastructure Manager
Type : Permanent
Location : Richmond
Salary : £60-70K
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Leadership : Take charge of planning, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
- Technology Expertise : Bring your proficiency in Windows Server, Azure, SQL, VMware, Sophos, MacOS, Networking and Security to drive innovation and efficiency across the business.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Development : Lead and mentor a skilled team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning,
and continuous improvement.
- Security Measures : Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard data and protect against cyber threats.
- Project Management : Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, SQL, VMware, Sophos, MacOS, Networking and Security best practices.
- Strong experience in vendor management and technology procurement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Project management expertise, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
