We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Director of Operations , to join our Banqueting Team on a permanent basis,
with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

As an Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations , your main duties and expectations for the role will include :
- To ensure that the quality and quantity of staff is in accordance with company guidelines and standards
- To be able to motivate and support the Floor managers by providing effective management and leadership to achieve high performance of all areas of the department.
- Assist and support with the stock take process (twice a year)
based on the published results to implement and review any of the procedures where necessary.
- Ensure that there is a pre event / during & post service contact for the organiser.
- To form business relationships with other internal departments of the hotel (ie F&B;, Stewarding team, Kitchen etc) to assist in your day to day tasks.
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
