About Our Client

Our client is a well-established recruitment consultancy based in the City of London who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fast-paced team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities will be :

- Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Performing reconciliations of accounts payable transactions
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
- Assisting in month-end closure
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team






- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have :

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
