Role : Administrator
Location : London
Salary : £27,000 - £37,000 DOE
Robert half is working with a prestigious recruitment company based London. Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their London team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of calls on the UK switchboard and direct inquiries promptly.
- Run and manage Software reports (credit checks, data cleansing, etc).
- Handle marketing consent unsubscribe requests, scam responses.
- Support office management, events coordination, and branch leadership with administrative tasks.
- Provide IT support,
troubleshoot basic tech issues, and assist with onboarding / offboarding.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to manage IT systems and provide basic tech support.
- A problem solver who works well with team members and clients.
