About the role
As part of the People andChange team you will be working closely with clients, and it is therefore criticalthat you can establish trust and credibility quickly to build effectiverelationships.
It goes without sayingthat you are a team player, have a can do’ attitude and understand that thebest solutions come from collaboration and exchange of ideas.
You will be a problemsolver, creative thinker, and self-starter, who is organised, proactive andinquisitive. Ideally you will already have been involved in Transformationprojects and can demonstrate the value delivered to organisations with which you’veworked.
You should be comfortable in managing people, multiple stakeholders,
andjuggling multiple deadlines.
You willcontribute to client proposals and presentations and our clients will see youas a trusted advisor to work closely with them in identifying, analysing, andsolving their business challenges.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven track record of leading and supporting large scale transformation projects, particularly from a people, organisation and change management perspective
- Strong academic record : preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree or equivalent qualification (such as qualifications related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Communications)
- Exceptional written & oral communication and presentation skills
- Experience in collating and analysing data from multiple sources, using critical thinking to identify client requirements / issues, create insight and propose effective solutions to address
- Able to interact effectively with internal and external resources, at all organisational levels
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
- High proficiency in MS Office including, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- Demonstrate and operate in line with RSM’s core values of excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship
Desirable
- Change management or HR qualification / accreditation (e.g. Prosci, CIPD)
- Understanding of best practice HR policies and end to end processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Experience of applying key models and methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
- Experience of facilitating workshops
- Experience of designing and delivering training (including instructor led, elearning, digital adoption platforms)
- Knowledge and experience of HR and wider business process design
- Knowledge and experience of key HR systems (e.g. Workday, MS365 HR, Success Factors, Cornerstone, other LMS platforms)
