The Ideal Candidate Possesses :
- A strong academic background in Physics and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
- A creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates hands-on learning, student participation, and innovative approaches like demonstrations and technology simulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students,
parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying current in the field of Physics education.
