Costa Store Manager - Guildford
Costa Manager- Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guilford
- Up to 35000 DOE
- 40 Hours per week
- Monday- Friday 07 : 00-15 : 30 (Half hour unpaid break with free meal on site)
- 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays

What You'll Do :
- Oversee daily operations of the Costa Coffee outlet within Royal Surrey County Hospital.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, orders, and supplies efficiently.
- Train and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For :
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
