Area Sales Manager
The Role : Looking for a new field sales role where you can earn uncapped commission paid monthly, have autonomy over your diary, and are targeting independent businesses?
This could be the one for you.
We are working with a leading European manufacturer of automated car wash solutions & equipment which you would typically see in petrol station forecourts and garages across the UK.
As an Area Sales Manager you would be covering the 'Central' territory of the UK which is everything between the M62 and M4 motorways and managing a portfolio of clients who have existing assets on their property or are looking to install new equipment as part of a new-build or renovation project.
Your client base will consist of independent petrol station groups, commercial bus & coach stations, and jet-wash parks as they continue to spring up across the UK.
This is a very exciting position in so much as the market is massively swaying away from the hand car wash model which has grown in the UK over the past 10 years and moving very rapidly back to high-quality, environmentally friendly, and cost effective automated car cleaning solutions.
There is a lot of investment into new forecourts, EV charging hubs,
and jet-wash parks across the UK in order to clean & maintain the 35 million cars on our roads - this Area Sales Manager role is a brand new position to spear-head growth across the Central region for our market-leading client.
The Company : This business have been established for 24 years and have been forever evolving the car wash technology field for that time.
They have recently acquired a new Sales Director who is implementing an aggressive growth plan which in turn is leading to a lot of opportunity being created to build people's careers and earn plenty of commission on top of their salaries.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria :
- Have a field sales background with strong account management skill set
- Are a natural relationship builder
- An organised, structured, and motivated sales professional
- Understands consultative selling processes
- Appreciate longer sales cycles, preferably within capital sales or asset finance related sales processes
- Someone who is comfortable being on the road 4 days per week
- Clean driving license
Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + uncapped commissions (c. £15k year 1 paid monthly) + Hybrid or Electric vehicle + pension + 20 days holiday + Phone + Laptop + iPad
