We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, Service Provider EMEA, who can build strong and lasting relationships with our channel partners in your assigned territory.
You will be a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs and business drivers, and helps them grow with our innovative product suite.
Role Responsibilities :
- Analyse territory and segment it in key accounts vs low-touch accounts to maximise efficiency and growth
- Generate business in assigned accounts through a deep territory knowledge and regular, strategic sales reviews
- Define account-specific strategy to grow share of wallet, and coordinate with CSM to ensure a strong and smooth adoption
- Clarify and validate multiple stakeholders’ needs and business plans within your accounts on an ongoing basis
- Understand the Partners’ end clients, their needs and their growth plans
- Collaborate with the SME for our Extend products to ensure our Partners are fully versed in our latest capabilities and are able to leverage them to grow their business
- Take the lead on the local member firms of any Global partner, and effectively collaborate with global counterparts to help the region grow
- Understand partner’s go-to-market strategy through trust-based interactions and a regular meeting cadence; and advocate for partner’s strategic needs internally
- Work with customer success, support, and product teams to support assigned partner accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need :
- Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience, 3 of which must be in a SaaS technology solution-selling B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of success in hunting as well as managing and growing a book of business.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from start to end and proven record of engaging multiples stakeholder in an account, from business champion to the C-level.
- Historical success in driving multiple products in an account.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and internally.
Additionally, we would love it if you have :
- Understanding of GenAI and exposure to selling tools incorporating it.
- Record of being a fast learner and self-motivated to deliver results without extensive supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and prioritise according to business impact.
- Hybrid SaaS and on-premise selling experience.
