Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our RevTech team, with the option to work remotely or be based in our London office.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of RevTech, you will play an important role on some of our key accounts, providing high-quality consultancy and delivery that allow our clients to meet and exceed their objectives.
You will have a strong marketing operations background with in-depth experience using multiple martech platforms (with a strong focus on Marketo), as well as an understanding of the processes involved in order to get the most out of the tools.
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Agent3, you will :
- Work with marketing operations partners within the client’s organisation to understand their goals, challenges and processes so that you’re able to provide consultancy that has a positive impact on each stage of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with sales partners to make sure that the processes that overlap marketing technology platforms and CRM are consistent and coordinated, with a specific focus on lead management and routing mechanisms.
- Help provide support for our Marketo clients, ensuring that all projects and requests are delivered utilising best practices whilst also ensuring that the client is extracting the full potential that the platform has to offer.
- Manage projects from beginning to final completion, working with RevTech team members and wider Agent3 specialist teams to complete projects to schedule and on budget.
- Contribute to the upskilling of the RevTech team through sharing best practice knowledge and running training sessions.
- Help to shape the team’s RevTech offering.
- Identify opportunities on accounts for us to increase the value that we can offer our clients.
You will bring :
- 2+ years hands-on experience using Marketo
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
- Experience working within an integrated martech stack, with a strong understanding of the key platforms at play
- A deep understanding of the role marketing operations plays within organisations, as well as how the relationship with sales can be used to ensure that the technology and processes put in place, underpin a successful end-to-end approach
- Experience managing and delivering projects, outlining clear targets, requirements and timescales, and over-communicating to ensure expectations are managed throughout
- Experience building and maintaining partner relationships; able to shift style to suit your client, understanding their business and pain points and providing guidance and ideas
- Experience managing your own workload and bring in support from other team members where appropriate, providing visibility across the team while maintaining accountability.
