Job title : Humanities Teacher (Geography Specialism)
Location : Barnet Easy access to the Northern line and London Overground
Contract : Full-time hours, permanent contract.
Start date : September 2024
Salary : MPS / UPS (£34,514 - £51,179)
Our Secondary School is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative Humanities / Geography Teacher to join a successful Humanities Faculty from September 2024.
We welcome applications from ECTs as well as from experienced educators.
Applicants MUST be a qualified Teacher and hold UK QTS!

All applicants must have a Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the British Department of Education.

Your role as a Humanities / Geography Teacher will include but not be limited to :
- Humanities Teacher - Geography Specialism
- Teaching Geography to Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
- Working apart of a fantastic Humanities Department!

PERSON SPECIFICATION :
The ideal candidate for this Humanities / Geography Teacher position will have the following :
- MUST HAVE UK QTS
- You must be an outgoing, motivated and engaging Humanities / Geography Teacher
- Graded as a Good’ or Outstanding’ Humanities / Geography Teacher in lesson observations.
- Strong academic background : GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
- Good understanding of the Teaching Standards required
