ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGER - CONTEMPORARY 40 HOURS.

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Assistant Department Manager to join its thriving Contemporary department in London Knightsbridge.

About the role
As an Assistant Department Manager, you will be leading a team of Style Advisors to help them make our customers fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience.
You will work closely with your Department Manager helping your team to be the best they can be. You will :
- Be the best manager you can to your team and provide ongoing training and coaching for them
- Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email
- Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
- Be the person who can handle all our customers queries
- Be the go to person with a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
