The Ideal Candidate :
- Possesses a strong background in drama performance or theatre education, and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
- Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches like movement exercises, improvisation games, stagecraft exploration, and script analysis.
- Enjoys fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel comfortable taking risks, exploring their creativity, and expressing themselves freely.
- Maintains a commitment to professional development and staying current with the latest pedagogical strategies in drama education.
