The Role : As a KS2 Teacher at our SEMH School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
You will deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners with SEMH requirements. Your compassion, resilience, and creativity will inspire our students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that promote active learning and positive engagement.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students feel supported and valued.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop holistic strategies for student development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
