Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in a previous conveyancing fee earner role is required, though all experience levels, including more senior candidates, will be considered

Firm Benefits :

Ideal Candidate :

- At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing fee earner role (all levels of experience, including more senior, will be considered).
- Strong time management and organisational abilities, with a proven record of meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual targets and objectives, and meeting business KPIs and SLAs.






- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a proactive mindset, capable of multi-tasking and adapting to varying deadlines and requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client care.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- A modern approach to conveyancing, particularly in relation to process-driven, proactive, and risk-based methods.
- Proficient in keyboard use, IT, case management systems, internet, and email.
- Experience with case management systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT, and panel website updates.
- Must demonstrate technical expertise in conveyancing transactions,





along with in-depth knowledge and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, CQS requirements, and SRA compliance obligations.

The Role :

- Manage and run a caseload of appropriate size, adjusting for seasonality and capacity reviews both individually and across the department, with assistance as needed.
- Oversee your own caseload of sales and purchases, ensuring effective management throughout the process.
- Ensure all tasks within the team are completed on time, meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
- Achieve individual targets and objectives, including the required number of completions per month.
- Attend dedicated training sessions, 1 : 1 meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.






- Liaise with other solicitors and professional bodies through phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Keep all stakeholders, including panel members and referral businesses, regularly updated.
- Comply with referrers’ SLAs and meet their panel requirements.
- Use the bespoke in-house case management system in line with firm protocols.
- Set an example for others through effective file management, actions, and behavior.
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to clients at all times.
- Carry out additional duties as required by the Senior Conveyancing Manager or Senior Management Team.
- While primarily based in the Conveyancing Department, you may be required to support other areas of the business as needed.
