What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Head Chef & team. Duties to include planning menus, making sure food is of the right quality and price, managing stock, ordering food from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff.
Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing.
Minimum of 2AA Rosette experience required to be considered for the role.
