Job Description
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Real Estate )Resales & Staircasing) matters.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare legal documents and contracts.
- Assist in negotiation processes with clients.
- Maintain client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Ensure legal compliance in all transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Resales & Staircasing Paralegal should have :
- A degree in law or a relevant field.
- A thorough understanding of Real Estate (ideally Resales & Staircasing).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
