Primary SEN Specialist Teacher Aspiring School in Reading Immediate Start
Wayman Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a dynamic and welcoming primary school in Reading.

This is a caring and happy two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating report that is located in the heart of Reading and seeking a SEN Specialist Teacher for their alternative resource provision.
It is a calm class of 10 lovely children.

SEN Teacher Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a holistic support system for students.
- Utilize creative and innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students with diverse needs.
- To provide pastoral support and guidance for all children in the classroom
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
- To work with a range of agencies and organisations to support the needs and well-being of children.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialization in Special Education Needs or relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
