The Hercules has become an iconic pub within the Fuller's estate. A huge variety of customers visit including local office staff, tourists from surrounding hotels and across the river, Kennington hipsters and a regular haunt for many of the Fuller's family.
The Hercules is a 50 / 50 split so it will require a General Manager that is experienced in delivering high volumes of food in a full table service environment with an eclectic menu.
Craft beer is what really makes the pub standout with 19 lines to rotate and really surprise and delight our customers. Craft beer knowledge would be beneficial.
The right General Manager will be focused on delivering outstanding experiences for every guest that walks through the door, understand how to maximise sales from multiple trading areas and be able to lead and inspire a team of 35+.
This pub comes with a 1 bedroom flat.
