Paraplanner

Salary : to £ 40000 p.a.

Location : Southern England, Southern England

Type : PERM

Ref : VR / 04851

The main role of the Paraplanner is to ensure the business generated by our Advisors is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

The role will include : Collating client information while helping maintain an excellent compliance record Preparing high quality and compliant suitability letters and supporting documents Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings Producing critical yield calculations Using Salesforce to create and update client information Managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems Ensuring all business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner Supporting other team members and team manager to cover absences in the team Any other tasks, as required from time to time, for the effective running of the business To work closely with Advisors and the rest of the Paraplanning Team to ensure that all required activities are completed in a timely manner To communicate effectively with all advisers and staff to ensure that we maintain our high level of client service Knowledge & Skills Company Systems knowledge - Outlook / Microsoft / SJP Intranet / iBusiness Technical knowledge - Pensions and Investments Detailed knowledge of Adviser client base and an overall knowledge of other client accounts Product Awareness - ISA, Investments, Bonds, Trusts, Gifts, Retirement Accounts Diary management (Outlook) Awareness of other team members roles and how they all collaborate and work together.

Share knowledge and experience. The Person Experienced administrator and strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and data.

Excellent customer service skills - professional telephone manner, sound knowledge of the English language so you are producing the most professional and accurate paperwork.

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to work to tight and varying deadlines and the aptitude to juggle workloads.

Takes responsibility and initiative for own workload.
