Junior Sous Chef - Central London
San Carlo Restaurant Group are hiring a Junior Sous Chef!
Based on authentic modern Italy, San Carlo Group is constantly growing with 25 restaurants now in the UK and a growing international presence.
Restaurants include San Carlo, Cicchetti, Alto at the rooftop, Selfridges, Bottega, Isola, Fumo, Signor Sassi, Champagne Bar and Gran Cafe.

Key Responsibilities :
- Open your section and ensure you are ready for service
- Ability to run several sections
- Prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times
- Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively where you are unable to.
- Support the Senior Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service
- Prep food in line with prep lists
- Close down / hand over section clean and tidy with full prep list written
- Always be health and safety, and food safety Compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
- Undertaking any reasonable management requests
- Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail,
highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
