Job Description
- Assist with the drafting and review of legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct legal research and compile data for legal projects.
- Coordinate with external counsel to manage property-related legal issues.
- Support the legal department in the management of legal risks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Manage and organise property-related documentation and files.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Paralegal' should have :
- A degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of property law and legal procedures.
- Exceptional research and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- An organised approach to work and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
