We are looking for a passionate Classroom Support Assistant to work 1 : 1, with small groups, and in whole-class settings, supporting children with additional needs.

A well-respected, specialist school is seeking a full-time, permanent Specialist CSA (term-time only) to join their dedicated team to start ASAP.

- Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)






- Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities :

- Supporting learners on a 1 : 1, small group and whole class basis
- Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
- Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives

This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
